How PET is transformed

1

PET bottles are collected by waste pickers and sent in bales for recycling.

2

After going through a process of sorting, washing, grinding, and drying, the PET becomes a product called Flake.

3

The Flake is melted and filtered to remove impurities, then pumped through micro-perforated “showers” where the deniers (fiber thickness) are determined.

4

The staple fibers go through a process of drawing, thermofixation, crimping, drying, and cutting.

5

After drying, they are baled and ready to be transformed into batting or panels for various applications.

6

The fibers are transformed into webs, and the layering of these webs determines the product’s density. The product is then thermally stabilized, cut, packaged, and ready for application.

7

You use our products, and when you need to move or change styles, you send them back to the factory through reverse logistics.

8

We reprocess the material and transform it into a new one.

Trisoft believes in the circular economy and does everything possible to make our product process as advantageous as possible so that we can recycle them multiple times. That’s why we don’t use any chemical additives or water in our process.
